After selecting your language, the entire form will automatically translate into that language.
1. Choose the Correct Category First
Select one of the three main categories:
- For Sale
- For Rent
- Investment
Each category has its own filter set. Choosing the correct category ensures accurate results.
2. Select Only the Property Types You Actually Need
If your priority is Office, do NOT select Retail, Warehouse, Restaurant, or other types. Selecting unnecessary property types reduces accuracy and produces irrelevant listings.
3. Location Strategy (State → County → City → Submarket)
To get the best results:
- Choose one primary state
- Select one main county or city
- The first 10 listings should be from the same region
- The next 10 listings can be:
- Different regions
- Different property types (Retail, Warehouse, etc.)
- Alternative options
This ensures both focused results and expanded alternatives.
For efficient real estate research and accurate filtering, we recommend selecting:
- 1 state
- 1–3 counties
- 1–5 cities
This ensures relevant and prioritized results.
You can review the targeted state and regions using the Google Map located below the form.
4. Use the Short Descriptions Under Each Field
Each field includes a short explanation directly under the field. Read these before entering data to avoid mistakes:
- Sq Ft: Usable interior space
- Lot Size: Total land area
- Cap Rate: NOI / Purchase Price
- Lease Term: Length of rental agreement
5. Prioritize Your Needs Before Submitting
Decide your primary need (Office, Retail, Warehouse, Multifamily, etc.) and select only the filters that match that priority.
6. Submit the Form
After completing all fields, you will receive a confirmation email summarizing your Category, Filters, Location, and Order details. The scraping system generates listings based on the exact filters selected.

No. ELIT AI Property Search is not affiliated with Zillow, Redfin, LoopNet, Crexi, Realtor.com, or any other platform. Our system analyzes publicly available information from multiple real estate websites using AI-powered filtering and ranking algorithms.
2. How does the system collect and analyze property data?
The platform reviews publicly available listings across major real estate platforms and processes them using AI-driven filtering, multi-criteria ranking, real-time data analysis, and custom scoring algorithms. No private databases or restricted data sources are accessed.
3. How accurate and up-to-date is the information?
The system analyzes recently published public data, typically updated within 5–15 minutes depending on the source platform's refresh cycle.
4. How does the AI engine work?
Our AI engine:
1. Reviews publicly available listings across multiple platforms
2. Applies your filters (price, beds/baths, property type, commercial metrics, etc.)
3. Scores each listing using AI-based ranking
4. Selects the best-matched 10 / 20 / 30 listings
5. Generates a professional PDF + Excel report
The entire process is fully automated.
5. What platforms does the system analyze?
The AI reviews publicly available data from Zillow, Redfin, LoopNet, Crexi, Realtor.com, and other U.S. real estate platforms. These platforms are not partners; they are simply public data sources.
6. How fast will I receive my report?
Reports are typically delivered within 2–5 minutes after payment or search submission.
7. How will my report be delivered?
You will receive your report via Email, WhatsApp, and in PDF + Excel formats automatically.
8. Can I use the service without a membership?
Yes. You can purchase one-time listing credit packages (10, 20, or 30 listings). No membership is required.
9. How does the membership LOTS system work?
Memberships include monthly LOTS (search credits). Each search = 1 LOT. LOTS renew monthly. When LOTS run out, you can buy additional LOTS, upgrade your membership, or wait for the next monthly reset.
10. Does ELIT AI Property Search provide brokerage or investment advice?
No. This is a technical data-filtering and reporting service. It does not provide brokerage services, investment advice, legal guidance, or financial advice.
11. Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Square Secure Checkout with 256-bit SSL encryption. Card information is never stored on our servers, and there are no hidden fees.
12. What happens after I complete my payment?
Immediately after payment:

13. Which U.S. regions are supported?
ELIT AI Property Search covers all 50 U.S. states, including State, County, City, Neighborhood, ZIP code, and Commercial submarkets.

15. Why is AI used in this system?
AI allows the platform to analyze thousands of listings instantly, score and rank properties based on your criteria, identify hidden opportunities, and deliver fast, accurate, structured reports.
16. Can the system search Zillow, LoopNet, and Crexi together?
Yes. The backend aggregates results from all three platforms into one unified list, tagging each listing with its source, removing duplicates, and ranking the combined set — you receive one report, not three separate ones.
17. Why did I request 10 listings but receive 0?
Strict filter combinations can produce no exact matches in a given area. Unified search now uses fallback logic to keep searching — secondary sources and partial matches — so results are returned whenever they genuinely exist, rather than stopping at the first empty response.
18. Why does the system use fallback sources?
Each platform crawls one domain at a time and does not merge results with the others on its own. When your primary source (e.g. Crexi for commercial) doesn’t have enough matching inventory, the system automatically checks the other configured platforms and merges genuinely matching results in, rather than showing an empty report when inventory does exist elsewhere.
