Our procedures are as follows.

Process 1:

The construction projects offered by real estate investors or the existing real estate’s subject to purchase and sale are analyzed by experts.

Process 2:

At the end of the analysis, a contract is made with the attractive real estate investment project owners to introduce the project to the investors and to make the project partnership/shareholder programs.

Process 3:

The Shareholding BUSINESS investment program is prepared by dividing the real estate construction project or the real estate subject to purchase and sale into investment/sharing shares.

Process 4:

If the real estate is a construction contracting project or a real estate subject to be bought and sold, the Escrow program is started for these projects. Escrow (Escrow-Guarantee) account is opened. The project/real estate land, title deed and existing buildings and parts are recorded in the Legal Escrow account in return for the investment fee requested for the project investment or purchase/sale partnership.
The escrow is resolved after the project is completed, the purchase/sale is made, the investment and income shares are given to the shareholders.

Process 5:

The Shareholding BUSINESS investment program is prepared by dividing the construction project or the real estate subject to purchase and sale into investment/sharing shares.

Process 6:

Shares are sold to people who will buy shares and make investments. In return for the payment of the share price, the shareholders are given an Escrow indexed Notarized/ Legal Promise Note.

Process 7:

When the planned Construction Project is completed or the real estate subject to purchase and sale is sold, the income/profit shares committed to the investors and the capital are paid to the shareholders in return for the Escrow indexed Promise Note.
