This course has been approved by the NMLS to fulfill the 20 hours of Pre-Licensure Education requirement outlined in the SAFE Act for mortgage loan originators and brokers. Our webinar and 20 HR SAFE education courses are what is required for a student to apply for an MLO license for the first time. Enjoy all of the benefits of a live classroom from the comfort of your own home or office! Live webinars may be taken from any laptop or desktop computer with an internet connection and will include live interaction from the instructor. You will not be required to have a camera or microphone.

This course will be taught as an online Webinar course format. The course is spread over 3 days. Students must be present for each day in it’s entirety to receive credit for the course. This course does not include any additional state-specific hours.
